- Overall comments are average. I am still at the stage of confusing and doubting myself on what is my main space for this project. Maybe not so into the mood yet.
- Services zoning need to be relocated.
- The services area must not block the sea view.
- Need to study more on the fish farming activities requirements (depth, type of cages & type of fish to be farmed.
- Programming needs to be firmed up in detail.
- Flow of the building need to be clear.
- Structural study in detail is needed to avoid over design.

- Overall comments are positive and motivated during MCO. Very helpful in pushing myself to another stage of progress and to be more focus on the intention of the project.
- Connection and contextual response to the surrounding needs to be identified clearly.
- Corner treatment at the National Park entrance is needed to create a smooth connection to the proposed site.
- The footprint of car parking at the frontage need to reduce thus to provide more well designed green area or landscape as part of the community connection and heat island effect.
- Maybe basement car park is needed or create a fake/half floor to hide the car park.
- Building structural design for the 'Circle' part need more attention to create a workable structure.
- The ingress of the proposed site is not well planned.
- The proposed 'Seafood Market' needs to provide a unique experience of buying or selling seafood for the users.
- Quality of space.

- Overall comments are very positive and inspiring. The recognition from the tutor and externals has given me more portion of mana to move one more step closer to the finishing line with expectation of 'The Next Level'.
- The location and proportion of toilet need to be redesigned so that it does not block the sea view and look too much in the 'Circle' part.
- Study on how to bring the whole project to another level maybe in (building facade, space improvement, presentation layout and narration).
- Need to consider about the water level rising issue (strategy and adaption of the issue for future).
- Footprint of the car parking at the frontage need to reduce more.
- Landscape needs to be well designed to show and create connection link to the surrounding. (waterfront design strategy)
- Ingress of the proposed site is not well designed. Maybe need to rethink again.

- The overall comments are average but very helpful in improving the explanation of building typology and design intention clearly.
- Although the building typology stated 'Incubation Center' but the ratio of the space programming based is not in the correction proportion yet.
- The word of the 'Incubation Center' from the project title needs to be
defined clearly on what or who to incubate.
- The area for "incubation' purpose should be more than half of the total proposed net floor area.
- Sustainable design strategies need to be apply into the project.
- SoA and zone coloring needs to be stated so that it can help to identified the spaces easily during final presentation.

- The overall comments are very positive in the way that i have completely developed a good and clear scheme for my thesis.
- The things that need to be upgraded for portfolio review are the space design of the 'Seafood Eating Area' and its consideration of services in terms of how to discharge the grey and black water.
- 'Seafood Eating Area': to improve the experience or create unique experience on eating seafood at the seafront.
- Maybe need a study and explanation how the requirements of fish hatchery/nursery shape the space to improve the space explanation to another level.
